  • 1 mini pita pocket (1 oz.), cut in half horizontally and toasted
  • 2 to 4 Tbsp. pizza sauce
  • 3 Tbsp. sliced mushrooms
  • 3 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
  • 3 Tbsp. chopped ham
  • 2 oz. Mozzarella cheese
  • 2 oz. Cheddar cheese
  • dash of oregano

Directions

    Preheat broiler.

    On baking sheet, place toasted pita halves and spread pizza sauce over each.

    Top each with half of all toppings listed.

    (You can add other toppings you prefer.) Sprinkle each with cheeses and a dash of oregano on each.

    Broil until cheeses melt, 1 to 2 minutes.
