- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 large onion, thinly sliced
- 4 large potatoes, cooked in skins
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1/4 tsp. savory
- salt and pepper
- chopped parsley
Directions

1Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat.

2Add onion. Cover; cook for 4 minutes.

3Peel potatoes; cut in slices 1/2-inch thick.

4Add to pan with butter and savory; season well.

5Cook potatoes for 15 minutes over medium-high heat, stirring as needed. Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
