Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. cooked rice (approximately 3/4 c. before cooking)
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
- 2 Tbsp. oleo
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 egg
Directions

1In 3-quart saucepan, put milk, sugar, spices and oleo and mix well.

2Mix in shaker (or use blender) 3 tablespoons flour, egg and water.

3Add rice and flour mix to pan and heat 3 to 5 minutes until all hot.

4Pour into individual dishes or any size dish or dishes preferred.

5Let cool and serve.
