- 2 pkg. dry yeast
- 1/2 c. nonfat dry milk
- 2 tsp. salt
- 2 c. warm water (105~, 41~C)
- 2 Tbsp. honey
- 1 egg
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil or shortening
- 5 to 6 c. flour
Directions

1Stir together the yeast, dry milk, salt and 3 cups flour until well blended.

2Add the warm water, honey, egg and oil.

3Mix at medium speed for 3 minutes with an electric mixer.

4Add enough flour to make a stiff dough.

5Knead for 8 to 10 minutes.
