- 1 pkg. yeast
- 1 c. warm water
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 2 1/4 c. flour
Directions

1Mix all ingredients into yeast that has been dissolved in warm water.

2Set aside for 30 minutes, covered, in a warm place.

3Spoon into greased muffin pans.

4Fill half full.

5Set aside and let rest 30 minutes more.

6Bake at 425° for 15 to 20 minutes.

7Makes 12 rolls.
