Ingredients

  • 3/4 c. warm water
  • 1 pkg. yeast
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 2 1/4 c. flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 c. Crisco
  • 1 tsp. salt

Directions

    Dissolve yeast and about 1/2 of flour in the water.

    Beat about 2 minutes.

    Add egg, salt, Crisco and sugar.

    Let rise about 40 minutes.

    Stir down, roll out and cut.

    Let rise to double in size.

    Bake.
