  • 1 1/2 sticks butter
  • 2 c. warm water
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 pkg. yeast
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 4 c. self-rising flour

Directions

    Melt butter.

    Add cream with sugar.

    Add beaten egg.

    Soften yeast in warm water and add to mixture.

    Add flour until thick, but not stiff.

    Spoon into greased muffin cups about 3/4 full. Bake at 450° until brown.

    Rolls rise in oven.
