- 1 c. milk
- 2 pkg. dry yeast
- 2 c. plain flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. oil
Directions

1Heat milk, sugar, salt and oil until warm.

2Remove from stove. Add the yeast.

3Mix until yeast is dissolved. Add the flour. Mix. Roll out and cut.

4Place in greased pan.

5Brush with melted butter.

6Let rise 1 hour.

7Bake at 325° until brown.

8These are quick rolls that you can make up about 1 1/2 hours before you serve them.
