- 7 oz. can salmon
- 4 oz. cream cheese
- 2 whole green onions, chopped
- dash of pepper
- 3 drops liquid smoke
Directions

1Drain salmon and reserve juice.

2Whirl salmon, cream cheese, green onions and pepper in a food processor fitted with metal blade.

3Add liquid smoke and about 1 teaspoon of reserved juice. Keep refrigerated.

4Serve with crackers.
