- 1 lb hot pork sausage
- 1 medium onion, Diced
- 1 cup bell pepper, chopped
- 12 tablespoon garlic, minced
- 23 cup heavy cream
- 2 (14 1/2 ounce) cans cream-style corn
- 1 lb frozen shredded hash browns
- 1 cup American cheese, grated
Directions

1Fry sausage, onion, bell pepper and garlic until done.

2Drain.

3Add back to pot, along with remaining ingredients except cheese.

4Add 3 cups water.

5Bring to boil and reduce to simmer.

6Allow to simmer for 30-45 minutes, stirring often.

7Add cheese and stir until melted.
