- 5 Tbsp. sugar, divided
- 1/2 c. raisins
- 1 Tbsp. heavy cream
- 1 c. milk
- 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 Tbsp. melted butter
Directions

1Blend biscuit mix and 2 tablespoons sugar with raisins.

2Add milk slowly, mixing lightly with a fork.

3Roll out dough to 3/4-inch thick.

4Cut with a 1-inch cookie cutter.

5Bake 12 to 15 minutes at 425°, or until light brown.

6Mix remaining sugar and cinnamon; blend in butter and cream.

7Brush tops.

8Place under broiler about 4 inches until bubbly and light brown.

9Serve hot.
