- 2/3 c. milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 c. flour
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
Directions

1Spray electric skillet with Pam.

2Preheat to 350°.

3Mix in 16 ounces quick shake or mix in bowl with fork the milk and eggs.

4Add flour, salt, pepper and Italian seasonings.

5Shake or mix mixture, then pour in skillet.

6Add pizza sauce, pepperoni, cheese or whatever else you like on your pizza.

7Put on cover and let cook for 15 minutes without lifting cover.

8It's quick and delicious.
