- 2 Tbsp. margarine or butter
- 1 lb. uncooked fresh medium shrimp, shelled and deveined
- 1 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
- 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh basil or 1/2 tsp. dried basil leaves
- 1/4 c. grated fresh Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Melt margarine in large skillet over medium-high heat.

2Add shrimp and onion.

3Cook and stir 3 to 4 minutes or until shrimp are light pink.

4Add basil; mix well.

5Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
