- 1 stick margarine
- 1 c. onions
- 1/2 c. tomato sauce
- 1/2 c. green pepper
- 1 can cream of celery
- 1 can cream of mushroom
- 1 to 2 lb. shrimp, peeled and deveined
Directions

1Salt and pepper shrimp and allow to set for at least 2 hours. In large saucepan, saute onion and green peppers in margarine until clear.

2Add soups with only enough water to rinse out cans. Add tomato sauce.

3Add shrimp and cook for 30 minutes.

4Serve over rice.
