Ingredients

  • 1 lb. can tomatoes
  • 1 lb. can green beans
  • 2 cans water (measure from vegetable cans)
  • 4 chicken or beef bouillon cubes
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice (scant)
  • 2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
  • 1 Tbsp. celery flakes or fresh leaves (I add some chopped celery)
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 4 carrots, sliced thin
  • 1/4 to 1/2 c. macaroni
  • salt and pepper, if needed
  • 1 c. cooked chicken or beef

Directions

    Combine in a kettle and cook until carrots and macaroni are done.

    (I also add some onion.)
