Ingredients
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. instant potato flakes
- 2 1/2 c. warm water
- 2 pkg. RapidRise yeast
- 2 tsp. salt (level)
- 1/2 c. oil
- 6 c. bread flour
Directions

1Grease a large bowl.

2In another bowl mix all ingredients and make a stiff batter.

3Place dough in a greased bowl and brush some oil on top of the dough.

4Cover with cloth or waxed paper and sit in a warm place until it doubles.

5Do not refrigerate.

6Push down dough and knead well.

7Divide into 3 or 4 loaves.

8Knead each loaf 8 to 10 times.

9Place in greased pans.

10Oil top of each loaf. Cover and let rise until about double.

11Bake at 300° for 35 to 40 minutes.

12Remove from pans; brush with butter or margarine.
