- 1 to 2 lb. ribs (beef or pork)
- 2 qt. water
- salt and pepper to taste
- barbecue sauce
Directions

1First, cut ribs into serving pieces.

2Wash and place in two quarts of water.

3Cover and boil until good and tender in a large pot.

4Drain and place ribs in baking pan or dish.

5Baste your ribs liberally with bottled barbecue sauce or sauce of your choice.
