  • 3 boxes Stouffer's thawed spinach souffle
  • 5 Tbsp. milk
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 2 pkg. (16 oz.) grated Swiss cheese
  • 8 oz. mushrooms
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 2 prepared crusts

Directions

    Combine all ingredients into large mixing bowl.

    Pour evenly into two unbaked pie crusts (9 or 10-inch).

    Bake at 425° for 60 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.

    Let stand 10 minutes.

    Cut into 6 slices each.
