- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1 c. dairy sour cream
- 1/2 tsp. curry powder
- 1 c. cubed cooked turkey
Directions

1Cook onion in butter or margarine.

2Add soup and milk; heat and stir until smooth.

3Stir in sour cream and curry powder.

4Add turkey; heat, but do not boil.

5Garnish with snipped parsley. Serve over hot cooked rice.

6If desired, offer curry condiments of chutney, raisins and toasted slivered almonds.

7Makes 4 servings.
