  • 1 deep dish pie crust
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 bag cauliflower mixed, broccoli & carrots, thawed
  • 1/2 green pepper chopped
  • 1/2 onion large, chopped
  • 3/4 cup cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups half & half
  • 3/4 cup bisquick
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 cup diced ham optional

Directions

    Evenly place veggies, cheddar cheese & ham (if you want it) in the pie crust.

    Beat together Bisquick, eggs, half & half and salt & pepper.

    Pour mixture into pie pan.

    Top with Parmesan cheese.

    Bake on 350 for 35-45 minutes or until a fork poked into the center comes out clean.
