- 1 deep dish pie crust
- 3 eggs
- 1 bag cauliflower mixed, broccoli & carrots, thawed
- 1/2 green pepper chopped
- 1/2 onion large, chopped
- 3/4 cup cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1 1/2 cups half & half
- 3/4 cup bisquick
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 cup diced ham optional
Directions

1Evenly place veggies, cheddar cheese & ham (if you want it) in the pie crust.

2Beat together Bisquick, eggs, half & half and salt & pepper.

3Pour mixture into pie pan.

4Top with Parmesan cheese.

5Bake on 350 for 35-45 minutes or until a fork poked into the center comes out clean.
