  • 3/4 c. shortening
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1 pkg. yeast
  • 2 c. warm water
  • 1 egg

Directions

    Dissolve yeast in warm water.

    Stir in sugar and let set for a minute, then beat in remaining ingredients.

    Grease muffin pan. Fill half full with batter.
