- 1 pkg. dry yeast, mixed with 2 c. very warm water
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 egg, well beaten
- 1 1/2 sticks soft margarine
- 4 1/2 c. self-rising flour
Directions

1Put yeast in bowl.

2Add remaining ingredients as given. Grease muffin pan.

3Put 1 tablespoon of dough in each.

4Bake at 325° for 25 minutes.

5Put remaining dough in refrigerator.

6Do not cover tightly!
