- 1 pkg. dry yeast
- 2 1/2 c. biscuit mix
- 1/4 c. butter
- 3/4 c. warm water
Directions

1Dissolve yeast in water in mixer bowl.

2Add biscuit mix gradually, mixing well.

3Knead on floured surface until smooth and elastic.

4Let rest 5 to 10 minutes.

5Shape as desired.

6Roll in melted butter.

7Arrange in a baking pan.

8Let rise, covered, until doubled in bulk.

9Bake at 400° for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
