  • hard-cooked eggs
  • 1 c. leftover gravy
  • pastry

    Arrange slices of cold pork in bottom of a casserole.

    Season with minced onion, sage, pepper and salt.

    Over this place a layer of hard-cooked eggs.

    Repeat until dish is nearly full.

    Pour a cup of leftover gravy.

    Top with pastry.

    Bake in hot oven (400°) until pastry is done, about 20 minutes.
