  • 2 c. Bisquick baking mix
  • 2/3 c. milk or water
  • 1 egg
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1/3 c. Bisquick
  • 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
  • 1/3 c. firmly packed brown sugar

Directions

    In a small bowl, mix Bisquick, brown sugar, cinnamon and butter or margarine.

    Mix together until crumbly; sprinkle over batter in cake pan.

    Bake 18 to 20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.

    Makes 6 to 8 slices.
