  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup Shredded carrot
  • 1/4 cup cilantro
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 2 diced green onion
  • 2 garlic cloves, chopped
