- 1 cup Shredded carrot
- 1/4 cup cilantro
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 2 diced green onion
- 2 garlic cloves, chopped
Directions

1preheat oven to 350F.

2mix all ingredients in a bowl.

3grease a mini muffin pan and fill to the top with quinoa mixture.
