  • 1 cup quinoa
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3 cups hard cheese /4 grated
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 100 grams cabbage
  • salt
  • pepper
  • ground red pepper to taste

Directions

    Rinse quinoa under cold vode.Put quinoa in 2 cups salted water and cook for 20-odd minutes.

    In a bowl, combine both cheeses, eggs, cabbage, sliced into strips, spices and flour.

    Cooked quinoa rinse under cold water, drain well and stir into the mixture.

    After the mixture is slightly sticky and dissolves, add the bread crumbs, but not too many, just so that they can shape.

    Grill pan brush with olive oil and heet well. Shape burgers and fry until golden.

    Serve them as regular burgers in a bun or steak with green salad.
