- 3 cups broccoli
- 3/4 cup quinoa
- 1 cup egg white
- 1/4 cup hummus
- 1/4 cup salsa
- 8 ounces canned black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 tablespoon hot sauce
- 1 dash pepper
Directions

1Preheat oven to 400 degrees and grease a loaf pan.

2steam broccoli until soft.

3In a mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients + broccoli. Mix well.

4Pour mixture into loaf pan and cook for 40 minutes.

5Remove and slice.

6Top with pasta sauce and enjoy!
