  • 1 cup quinoa
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 14 cup feta cheese
  • 14 cup dried blueberries
  • 14 cup dried cranberries
  • 14 cup walnut pieces
  • 14 cup balsamic vinaigrette

Directions

    Boil 2 cups water and add in 1 cup quinoa.

    Heat for about 12 minutes or until quinoa has soaked up all of the water.

    Add in dry ingredients and mix.

    Top with or mix in balsamic vinegarette.
