- 1 cup quinoa
- 2 cups water
- 1 avocado
- 1 tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 14 cup feta cheese
- 14 cup dried blueberries
- 14 cup dried cranberries
- 14 cup walnut pieces
- 14 cup balsamic vinaigrette
Directions

1Boil 2 cups water and add in 1 cup quinoa.

2Heat for about 12 minutes or until quinoa has soaked up all of the water.

3Add in dry ingredients and mix.

4Top with or mix in balsamic vinegarette.
