- 1 12 cups quinoa
- 2 12 cups water
- 6 tablespoons orange juice
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 14 teaspoon salt
- 12 cup corn
- 12 cup scallion, sliced
- 12 cup red bell pepper, diced
- 2 tablespoons red onions, finely chopped
Directions

1Bring water to a boil.

2Cook quinoa.

3In a bowl, combine all the other ingredients.

4When quinoa has cooled fold into dressing and vegetables.
