  • 1 c. chopped cilantro
  • 1 c. green onion, chopped
  • 2 c. chopped spinach
  • 1 c. cooked red beans
  • 4 dried lemon
  • 2 lb. stew meat
  • 1 Tbsp. shawbelileh spice (optional)
  • 3 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1/2 c. chopped onions
  • 4 c. water
  • 1 Tbsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. red pepper

    Saute onion in olive oil in a large Dutch oven until tender. Add meat and brown on all sides.
