- 1 cup brown rice
- 1 chopped medium yellow onion
- 2 chopped long green chilies
- 100 g low-fat plain yogurt
- soy sauce
- 12 cup corn
- 12 cup of greean peas
- 12 cup of baked fish fillet (seasoned with soy sauce)
Directions

1Cook rice.

2Blanched corn and green peas.

3Cube baked fish fillet.

5If soy sauce is not salty enough for you, you may add salt.
