  • 1 cup brown rice
  • 1 chopped medium yellow onion
  • 2 chopped long green chilies
  • 100 g low-fat plain yogurt
  • soy sauce
  • 12 cup corn
  • 12 cup of greean peas
  • 12 cup of baked fish fillet (seasoned with soy sauce)

    Cook rice.

    Blanched corn and green peas.

    Cube baked fish fillet.

    Then just toss everything together.

    If soy sauce is not salty enough for you, you may add salt.

    Let is stand for 1 hour or so in refrigerator.

    Serve chilled.
