- 1 pkg. manicotti shells
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 minced onion
- 1 small carton cottage cheese
- 1 (15 1/2 oz.) jar Ragu spaghetti sauce
- 1 small pkg. (1 to 2 c.) shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
- 1 tsp. coarsely ground pepper
Directions

1Cook shells as directed on package.

2Let cool while browning the onion in a skillet.

3Add ground beef and cook until lightly browned; drain.

4Add cottage cheese and mix lightly. Fill shells with mixture.

5Lay in rows in square baking dish.

6Pour Ragu over and top with cheese. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes, checking often to make sure cheese doesn't get too brown.
