  • 1 white angel food cake, baked according to directions on pkg.
  • 4 c. chilled whipping cream
  • 1/2 c. powdered sugar
  • 5 drops green food clor
  • 5 drops almond extract
  • 5 drops yellow food color
  • 5 drops rum flavoring
  • 5 drops red food color
  • 5 drops peppermint extract

Directions

    Cool cake; split to make 3 layers.

    Whip the cream and add the sugar.

    To 1 cup whipped cream, stir in green food color and almond extract.

    Fill first and second layers.

    To 1 cup cream, stir in yellow food coloring and rum flavoring.

    Fill second and third layers.

    Tint remaining 2 cups whipped cream with red food color and stir in peppermint extract.

    Frost top and sides of cake.

    Refrigerate.
