  • 1 1/2 to 2 lb. ground round
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1/4 c. catsup
  • 1/2 c. chopped celery
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 c. bread crumbs
  • 2 Tbsp. horseradish
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • 1/4 c. chopped onion
  • 1/2 c. grated carrots

Directions

    Mix all ingredients together and form into 1 large or two small loaves.

    Put 1/2 cup catsup on top before baking.

    Bake in a 350° oven for 1 hour.
