Directions

   Combine sugar, milk and pudding mix in 2-quart saucepan.

   Cook and stir until mixture boils; cook at rolling boil for 5 minutes. Remove from heat.

   Add margarine and vanilla.

   Beat at high speed in small bowl of electric mixer for 3 to 4 minutes or until mixture holds shape.

   Drop from teaspoon onto buttered cookie sheet.

   Store in cool place.
