- 1 c. sugar
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/2 c. evaporated milk
- graham crackers
- 1 c. coconut
- 1 c. raisins
Directions

1Mix first four ingredients and boil 4 minutes, stirring constantly.

2This mixture sticks easily so it needs to be cooked on low heat.

3Remove from heat and add raisins and coconut. Mixture may be poured on a layer of graham crackers in a pan and then topped with another layer of crackers.

4Pull apart when cold. You may also let mixture cool and spread on crackers like a sandwich.

5Keep in refrigerator.
