  • 2 pkg. yeast
  • 1/4 c. melted butter
  • 2 1/2 c. lukewarm milk
  • 1/4 c. molasses
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 5 3/4 c. graham flour
  • 5 3/4 c. flour
  • 1 c. raisins

Directions

    Place yeast in large bowl.

    Mix butter, milk, 1 1/4 cups water and molasses.

    Pour over yeast; stir until dissolved.

    Add salt, flours and raisins; mix thoroughly.

    Place dough into 2 round greased casseroles; let rise until doubled in bulk.

    Bake in 350° oven for 1 hour or until bread tests done.

    Wrap each loaf in towel; cool.
