Raisin Bread Pudding

  • 4 or 5 eggs
  • 3 c. evaporated milk
  • 1 c. water
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 5 to 6 slices raisin bread

Directions

    Tear bread into small pieces and put into 2-quart baking dish. In blender, mix eggs, milk, water, sugar and vanilla.

    Pour over bread.

    Set pudding pan in a larger pan of water.

    Bake at 325° for 1 hour or until knife inserted in pudding comes out clean.
