- 1 lb. loaf cinnamon swirl raisin bread, diced or broken in small pieces
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1 qt. milk (4 c.)
Directions

1Place bread into a greased 3-quart casserole. Beat eggs in a bowl; beat in sugar, milk and vanilla. Pour mixture over bread and dot with butter. Bake at 350° for about 45 minutes or until puffed, brown and firm to the touch in the center. Serve hot or cold with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.
