- 1 (8-inch) pie crust
- 1 c. raisins
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. margarine, melted
- 1 c. pecan pieces
Directions

1Put raisins in colander; pour boiling water over.

2Combine eggs, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, lemon juice and margarine. Mix thoroughly by hand (do not use mixer).

3In unbaked pie shell, pour raisins and nuts.

4Pour egg mixture into unbaked pastry shell over nuts and raisins.

5Bake at 350° for 45 to 50 minutes, or until set in center.
