  • 3 beaten eggs
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 2 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp. melted butter
  • 1 c. seedless raisins
  • 1/2 c. broken California walnuts
  • 1 unbaked (8-inch) pastry shell

Directions

    Combine eggs, sugar, spices, salt, lemon juice and butter. Stir in raisins and nuts.

    Pour into pastry lined pie plate.

    Bake in oven at 375° for 30 minutes or until set in center.
