  • 1 small onion
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 12 cup water
  • 34 cup golden raisin
  • 14 cup chopped sun-dried tomato packed in oil
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 12 teaspoon dried rosemary

    Chop onion.

    Saute onion and garlic in oil until soft.

    Add water and remaining ingredients.

    Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer until liquid is reduced and raisins are soft, about 7 minutes.

    Puree one half of the spread in a food processor, transfer to a small bowl, and combine with unpureed spread.
