- 2 cups whole grain cereal flakes with raisins, dates and pecans, divided
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter or margarine, melted, divided
- 3/4 cup sugar, divided
- 1-1/3 cups milk
- 1 egg
- 2 cups flour
- 1 Tbsp. CALUMET Baking Powder
- 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350F.

2Mix 1/2 cup of the cereal, 2 Tbsp.

3of the butter and 1 Tbsp.

4of the sugar until well blended; set aside.

5Mix remaining 1-1/2 cups cereal, remaining butter and the milk in medium bowl.

6Let stand 5 minutes.

7Add egg and remaining sugar; mix well.

8Stir in flour, baking powder and cinnamon just until blended.

9Spread into 8x4-inch loaf pan sprayed with cooking spray.

10Sprinkle with the reserved cereal mixture; press gently into batter.

11Bake 55 minutes to 1 hour or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

12Cool 10 minutes in pan on wire rack; remove from pan.

13Cool completely.

14Cut into 16 slices to serve.
