Raisin Pecan Pie

  • 1 c. butter
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 c. pecans
  • 1 c. raisins

Directions

    Cream together butter, sugar, cinnamon and flour.

    Add vinegar and eggs.

    Add pecans and raisins.

    Bake at 400° in 2 pie shells for about 10 minutes.

    Then turn to 300° for 35 to 40 minutes.

    To prevent pies from browning too fast, place pan of water on top rack.
