- 1 c. raisins
- 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 2/3 c. sugar
- 2 c. water
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- beaten egg yolks
Directions

1Cover raisins with water and bring to a boil.

2Drain and cool. Mix cornstarch, sugar, water and salt.

3Add raisins and cook in double boiler.

4When starts to thicken, add beaten egg yolks to a little of the hot pie mix in a cup, then add to mixture in double boiler.

5Cook to thicken.

6Cool.

7Put in crust and top with meringue.
