- 1 rounded c. raisins with enough water to cover
- 2 Tbsp. heaping flour
- 1 c. whole cream
- 2 egg yolks (save whites for topping, if desired)
- 1 baked pie shell
Directions

1Stew 1 rounded cup raisins until tender in just enough water to cover, then add 1 cup sugar.

2Mix 1 heaping tablespoonful flour and 1 cup whipping cream together thoroughly.

3Cook 5 minutes.

4Do not burn.

5Add egg yolks; stir and cook until mixture thickens.

6Put in baked crust and frost with beaten egg whites, if desired.
