  • 1 c. raisins
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1/8 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 c. thawed Cool Whip
  • 1 baked 9-inch pie shell, cooled
  • 1 (6 oz. serving size) pkg. instant Jell-O pudding and pie filling (vanilla flavor)

    Pour boiling water over raisins.

    Let stand for 5 minutes and drain them well.

    Prepare filling mix using 2 cups milk.

    Chill thoroughly.

    Fold in Cool Whip, lemon juice, cinnamon and raisins.
