- 2 c. nonfat plain yogurt
- 1 cucumber
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. dried dill
- 1/4 c. fresh mint (if available)
Directions

1Put yogurt in bowl.

2Mix with fork to make it smooth.

3Grate cucumber in a small bowl.

4Let stand for 1/2 hour.

5Squeeze out liquid.

6Blend into yogurt.

7Add salt, dill and mint.

8Put into refrigerator for at least an hour or two.

9Sprinkle dill on top before serving.
