  • 8 slices bacon, diced
  • 4 large onions, in rings
  • 1 (1 lb. 11 oz.) can New England style baked beans, undrained
  • 1 (15 oz.) can green lima or butter beans, drained
  • 1 (1 lb.) can kidney beans, undrained
  • 1 (1 lb.) can cut green beans, drained
  • 3/4 c. light brown sugar
  • 1/2 c. cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. salt

Directions

    In large Dutch oven on medium heat, brown diced bacon.

    Pour off excess grease.

    Use rest to saute onion rings until soft. Stir in all remaining ingredients; add bacon.

    Cook 20 minutes, stirring often.

    Pour into casserole and bake at 350°, uncovered, one hour.
